Multi-Functional Ultrasonic Bar-Tack Machine MS-UD20 is widely used in clothing, underwear, underwear, shoes and other industries. The main applicable materials are chemical fiber cloth, nylon cloth, knitted cloth, non-woven cloth, artificial leather, glue sprayed cotton, PE, PE + cloth composites.
Ultrasonic seamless bar tack machine operating steps:
1. Turn on power switch (220VAC).
2. Adjust the minimum resonance. Under the no-load condition of the machine, adjust the screw in and out position by rotating the frequency, watch the ammeter, and set the value of the minimum current as the best working and resonance.
3. Reduce the air pressure to 0.5 ~ 1, 5Kgf/cm².
4. Place the test cloth fabric to be pressed above the welding head, press the cloth on the left and right sides with both hands, and then locate the two points with infrared.
5. Open the switch with your foot and lower the air cylinder.
6. Machine works, comparing the effect of the pressed fabric.
7. Adjust the pattern and welding head, so that the workpiece can get the best pressed effect.
8. Tighten the M8 screw on the mold to lock it.
9. Change the actual cloth that needs to be processed, and slowly increase the pressure from low pressure until it reaches the best melting pressure required, please try not to exceed 5Kg/cm²(pressure too high or more than 5Kg/cm² will reduce the life of mold and welding head).
10. If the effect is different, then adjust the hexagon cylindrical head screw.
11. After completing the level adjustment, unscrew the adjusting nut on the upper end of the air cylinder and fix it to the minimum resectable height as the best state.
12. Start processing.
13. After processing finishing, please turn off the main power supply but do not remove the air pressure source.
